The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 87(L&C) "An Act requiring a license to sell rental car insurance." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSSB 87(L&C) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 87(L&C)--RECONSIDERATION Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 30 NAYS: 1 EXCUSED: 7 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Austerman, Berkowitz, Brice, Bunde, Cissna, Coghill, Cowdery, Croft, Davies, Davis, Dyson, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Harris, James, Joule, Kapsner, Kemplen, Kerttula, Kohring, Kott, Mulder, Murkowski, Porter, Rokeberg, Sanders, Smalley, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Ogan Excused: Halcro, Hudson, Kookesh, Masek, Morgan, Moses, Phillips Absent: Barnes, Therriault And so, CSSB 87(L&C) passed the House on reconsideration and was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the Senate.
